My Story

AImost a year ago I started a journey that would lead to not just weight loss but a healthier and more energetic man. I weighed 232 lbs and I was wearing a 44 waist which was tight on me. My cholesterol levels and blood pressure needed help and were not where they needed to be.

For the last number of years I have put on weight due to stress and making poor food choices. I did this protocol for many reasons. The main reason was that I want to be around when my daughter Zofia (who is almost 1) walks down the isle to marry the man of her dreams.
