Program Questions:
Q. Is it safe to use HCG?
A. YES. HCG is an all natural hormone, also known as a protein polypeptide. HCG is in all living tissue both male and female.
Q. How does HCG work?
A.. Most calorie counters know that one pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories. Many Americans work out regularly and burn calories but can’t seem to eliminate the weight. Why is that? It’s because they’re burning the wrong calories! Abnormal fat and excessive accumulations are fixed deposits of fats throughout the body. They cause obesity and the body cannot access the abnormal fat accumulations. When exercising or restricting food intake, the body relies on and consumes the “normal” fat reserves. The use of HCG releases abnormal fat deposits and makes the fat available for consumption by the body.
Q. Will I eliminate exactly one pound every day while on the program?
A. No. Most clients tend to eliminate about a pound of fat a day on average however the weight elimination does not always happen evenly. Some clients may notice a “lull” or a span of a few days where little to no weight elimination occurs. Most clients often notice quick weight elimination after a lull period. Even in cases where a lull may occur, our clients still seem to eliminate inches.
Q. If I only want to eliminate 5-10 pounds, can I still complete the program?
A. Yes. But if you only need to eliminate a small amount of weight, there aren’t as many “abnormal fat reserves” available and you may experience more hunger. However, we have had several clients participate who only needed to eliminate 5-10 pounds with tremendous success.
Q. Can I complete the protocol if I am nursing a baby?
A. No. When you are nursing you produce "prolactin" which interferes with HCG.
Q. Do you have recipes or a cookbook?
A. Yes. It will be available to our clients.
Q. Do I have to exercise while on this program?
A. No. But if you choose to exercise, cardio routines are best and could enhance your results.
Q. Why can a person only be on HCG for 45 days at a time?
A. The reason for limiting a course to 45 days is that some patients may begin to show signs of HCG immunity. After a Maintenance Phase of 3 weeks if you still are desiring to lose weight you can go back on the Protocol.
Q. Where does the HCG come from?
A. HCG is human hormone, and like most hormones it is obtained from human sources. HCG can come from women’s pregnant urine or from the placenta. It is then crystallized and purified before being sent out.
Q. Isn't this kind of expensive?
A. No, this is an excellent price for the HCG Protocol. Many doctors charge $700 or more for this. Most of our clients actually saved money while taking HCG because of the reduction of food eaten.
Q. Are there any guarantees?
A. We have seen hundreds of people go through the protocol using homeopathic HCG drops in place of other forms of HCG. The consistent weight loss results of 20-30 lbs is an average with a full round of the protocol. Therefore, we have been very pleased with the results as long as the protocol is followed correctly. However, there is no guarantee of results since the results are totally dependent on the individual taking the HCG while correctly following the HCG Diet Protocol. This is outlined in our manual which you receive once you order the product.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. In order to ensure the safety, potency, and security of our product, we cannot accept returns.
Health Questions:
Q. Can I still complete the HCG protocol if I’ve had a hysterectomy?
A. Yes.
Q. How does a diabetic benefit from the program?
A. When a diabetic follows the protocol the HCG naturally stabilizes the blood sugar. We often
see an overall drop in fasting blood sugar after completing the program. Always consult your
physician first.
Q. Can I still take my medications while on HCG?
A. Yes, as long as the medications do not interfere with the endocrine system. This will be
reviewed on a case-by-case basis with you during your consultation.
Q. How does HCG affect cholesterol levels?
A. We have seen cholesterol levels fluctuate while on the HCG program. For the majority of
clients the cholesterol levels drop and improve.
Q. Will I be able to stop using my anti-diabetes medications after I complete the HCG
protocol?
A. While discontinuance of diabetes medication is possible, it should not be expected as a result of the protocol. Often it depends on how long you’ve been diabetic, how many medications you are currently using, your fasting blood sugar levels, your blood sugar range, etc. Always consult your physician first.
Q. Will HCG help my high blood pressure?
A. Many clients have experienced a decrease in blood pressure. Some clients have been able to stop taking their medications, but this should not be done without medical advice.
Q. Should I run and exercise while completing the protocol?
A. Yes. We do recommend walking and/or other aerobic type exercise, but do not recommend strenuous exercise while completing the protocol
Q. What are the side effects of the HCG program?
A. Fortunately, very few negative side effects have been noticed or reported. Occasionally we will have reports from patients that they are hungry or are experiencing constipation.
Most of the side effects of taking HCG are positive. The biggest effect that you will notice is that your clothes will no longer fit so you can then either go "shopping in your closet" or you'll have to buy new clothes. We have reports from customers that HCG has helped them with:
•Andropause
•Losing weight and inches
•Better sleep and an Increase of energy
•Re-setting their hypothalamus
•Reducing hunger and food cravings
•Alleviating menopausal symptoms
•Balancing hormones
•Eliminating prostate issues
•Improving their singing voice
•Re-sculpting their body by eliminating unwanted fat
•Reversing steroid abuse symptoms
Q. If I am really hungry while on HCG can I use an appetite suppressant? For instance a natural herb called Hoodia?
A. Yes. Check the ingredients for sugar.
Dietary Questions:
Q. What kinds of foods are on this diet?
A. The diet consists of lean proteins, fruits and vegetables. When you order your HCG you will receive the manual with the complete diet.
Q. Can I complete the HCG protocol if I am a vegetarian?
A. Yes. But you may not have the same results as someone who eats meat.
Q. Can I complete the HCG protocol if I am lactose intolerant?
A. Yes. We have had clients who have seen an improvement in this area.
Q. Can I use tap water?
A. No. Tap water contains chlorine, which affects the thyroid. It is recommended to use filtered
or bottled water. We HIGHLY SUGGEST you drink "Kangen Water". Contact us through our
contact page for more important information about Kangen Water. "We've got what you're thirsty for"!
Q. Are frozen veggies okay to use instead of fresh?
A. Fresh vegetables are preferred, but frozen vegetables will work.
Q. Won’t I starve by eating a low caloie diet?
A. No! Because the HCG releases your stored fat reserves which your body begins to “consume”. This acts as a source of energy in place of food taken through the mouth. In essence, you burn about a pound of fat each day (one pound is about 3000 to 3500 calories).
